help to identify outdoor toy

Hi guys, glad to join this forum finally, it seems like one big happy toy loving family
Would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with this one tho... my little bro once (early 1990s) had a plastic 4-wheeled bike (type thing), I think it was yellow and blue, in two main parts (the seat part - which had 2 wheels at the back) and the steering part (with had two wheels to the front), there was a bunny rabbits (or similar animals) face on the front (and the handlebars looked like the animal's ears). This "vehicle" was for a 1 n a half - 3 year old and was propelled by "foot power".
I'd love to know what brand it was and if similar items are still available anywhere.

probably around 1991/2, I'll see if i can fork out a picture of it...may take a few days.
