Wow, 30K packages all insured at a least $1.70 per. That's at least $51,000 in insurance fees. I bet the post office loves you. I'm curious how much the total of your claims amount to each year. I bet they are under $5,000. I personally think insurance is a rip off (especially through the post office). Try making a claim and they make it a difficult, slow and tedious process. Of course they are quick to offer it when you send something! Plus, in the eBay world, savvy buyers know that when using Paypal, if the item does not show up they can just file a chargeback and they've got their money. Why insure then?
