For me, it's always been the Star Trek GORN, hands-down.

"Arena" was always my favorite ST episode (as a kid, the Gorn and the Creature from the Black Lagoon's monster costumes were just as cool as it gets!)

BLAH! Mego really blew it on him!

I really dislike Captain America's buggy eyes. It's like someone thought of a way to do a head worse than pained mask Batman. RC Bats was great. The later one stunk. Later in life someone made a mask to customize CA for us. Whew!

This is not really as easy to pic as I thought it would be. Even figures I know kind of suck, I still find a certain charm to. Tarzan and Mxy fall into that catagory for me. If I HAD to pick our I would probably go with SoulSinger on the Cap America thing. Of all the figures Cap could have been really cool, but they really made him kind of suck. But still, he has a certain charm that I still enjoy.

Green Goblin...they made him too happy looking. I know they didn't want to frighten children, but that big, goofy smile on that face just doesn't cut it for me.

I can't believe how personally disturbed I feel by some of these answers. You guys are taking shots at some of my favorite things in life.

I love all the megos because they were the perfect action figures in terms of size and playability.

That being said as great as they were, even Mego's best efforts left something to be desired.

But Mxy would be my choice for worst like many others. Not the greatest of characters, poor likness, ugly colors.

But you know, I've always thought the sculpt on Mxy's head looked a whole lot like CBS college basketball analyst Billy Packer, with a purple derby hat.

I really like Tarzan as well. Maybe because I had one as a kid and just loved the figure. I totally just accept it as is, even today.

I like Captain America's eyes! They look totally KIRBY, just like the box art.

I only have the Star Trek line so it must be my favorite. My least favorite figure would be Gorn but I would be happy if I own one.

  10. My favorite line changes between WGSH and POTA.

For POTA: it has to be Soldier Ape. While I loved the gorillas in the movies, this guy just didn't seem to command any respect. He wasn't scary, he had no presence, and he had one goofy looking head sculpt. The Ursus head should have been the standard Soldier Ape head.

For WGSH: it's easy to pick on Tarzan because of his bodysuit. But it wasn't that bad. Mxy is another story. He was a rarely seen villain in the comics of the 70s. He didn't really match his comic book or cartoon counterpart. And he was just a stupid figure.
