Repainted Uncle Jessie

Back in the early 1980s, toward the end of the line for Mego, I was at a Quality Farm & Fleet store here in Ohio. Farm and Fleet is long gone (Tractor Supply Stores have taken their place), so I'm not sure if they operated in other states or not.

Anyway, I remember going through their toy aisle one day and seeing a repainted Uncle Jessie 3 and 3/4 figure packaged with a toy tractor. Farm and Fleet carried farm-related toys -- toy barns, John Deere tractors, etc. This was a boxed tractor or truck (my memory is hazy), and as I recall the Jessie figure was in a blister window sort of off to the side.

Anybody know anything about this?

I've never seen that but it could explain the Uncle Jesse's I've found with brown hair instead of white
