The set contains the Original Theatrical pilot, the entire run of TV episodes up through Hawk's addition to the show, all on 5 duel sided disks. I payed the high price when it first came out too. I need to pick up a backup set since I've practically worn my first set out already. I love Buck Rogers. Our Wal*Mart has it.
