    Batman from Alfred to Zowie

I wrote an article over on 13th Dimension about my favorite childhood book, Batman and Robin: From Alfred To Zowie. My parents, especially my mother, read this to me over and over again. I then read it to my kids, over and over again.

Did any of you have this? It was first published in 1966, but stayed in print for at least another decade and a half.

Wow! I was such a HUGE Batman fan when I was little and my mom was big on books and reading, I'm surprised this is the first time I've seen this!

This is new to me and I love it! The art has charm.

Proper yellow vest on Penguin too, and that's a rarity until Super Powers.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Great article! I have never seen this book before, but I find it particularly impressive that is does the "A is for, B is for..." format while still telling a cohesive story (such that it is). And I could definitely see how that artwork would help mold you into a lifelong Batman fan!
