    If you're near a Trader Joe's and need an idea for St. Patty's Day Dinner...

    I'll provide the recipe if you're up for it. It is incredibly delicious. Just wish the Bangers were available all year long.

    Can't go wrong with Bangers and Mash or Shepherd's Pie. Love both of those dishes. We went with our St. Paddy's traditional meal of Corned Beef and Cabbage. Hope everybody that celebrated had a wonderful Saint Patrick's Day.

    One of my favorites. My Wife loves lamb, but I do not; so she makes it with a blend of beef and pork. Technically it's a variation of a Cottage Pie.
