    Biscuits and gravy recipes

As a NJ-Pa resident used to occasionally partake in popular Southern USA foods ...

In many circumstances they were literally like 20 miles away

Today, local Shoney's are all gone

Anybody here have a fast easy Sausage gravy formula ?

Am fine with biscuits cause can get them easily at Popeye's

...Note ...tried Walmart brand in a can --- just doen't do it for me

I'll confess - I usually do a tube of WalMart biscuits with gravy from a can or jar. Libby's, Heinz, and Campbell's are usually available. This is one of those foods that I expect to be really bad for me, and when I see the relatively low fat contents in the biscuits and in the gravy, I just go with it. None of them are great, but they're all good enough for my purposes.

I use the pioneer gravy mix in the pouch. I can make it from scratch but I can’t make less than enough for ten people.
