Does anybody still do custom figures or outfits?

I was wondering if anyone still does custom figures or costumes? I need some sewing done on my Captain America outfit and I can't do it because of the Arthritis in my hands.I'd gladly pay to have it done. I'm also getting parts together for a custom Batman of Zur En Arr.If anyone can help me with the Captain America outfit,let me know. When I get everything together for the custom figure,I'll reach out.
