Custom Idea for Beater Pulsar

I have a beater naked Pulsar. Loose limbs, shaky head and hair rubs.

Was thinking of making a custom out of him purely for fun but drawing a blank.

So, any suggestions??

There aren't a lot of recurring characters that would work with a big action oriented look. As distinctive as the Mattel Big Jim Pulsar look is, it doesn't really like anyone in particular to me.

I'm considering an evil Pulsar clone with red eyes and darker hair but doubt I could pull off a half 'n half sewing costume.

Are the guts shot? If so an evil pulsar type maybe should be robotic inside?
