Looks great! The actors have held up pretty well, considering it's been a long time since the last TNG movie.

Finally watching Picard Season 2 so we can jump right into Season 3. I heard mixed things on 2. I will admit, I'm at about episode 8, and I preferred the earlier episodes, which felt much more Trek-like than Season 1 of Picard. The last few have gone off in some strange directions I wasn't expecting. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but my brain hasn't quite readjusted to the swerves. Still looking forward to finishing it up this week.

Yeah, the series version, actress Annie Wersching, only 45 years old. So sad.

But the Borg Queen movie actress from First Contact, Alice Krige (68), is still alive and well.

Guinan to host Star Trek: The Next Generation reunion on The View

                    The View STNG Picard reunion.jpg

Airing on Thursday's episode of the ABC talk show as a special pre-recorded edition, the reunion features Goldberg reprising the role of Guinan — whom she played on The Next Generation between 1988 and 1993 — to welcome her Star Trek franchise costars Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard), Jonathan Frakes (William Riker), Gates McFadden (Beverly Crusher), and Michael Dorn (Worf) to the set.

If you're a fan of Star Trek TNG or Picard tomorrow's episode could be one of those special events. Back in the day I would have added this to my Picard series of bootleg sets.

I just want to know what's going on with Lore. Is he still a villain of has he reformed and joined Starfleet.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I watched E1 of the new season this morning and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't terrible

I'm right on board with everything this review (SPOILERS) says:

As Star Trek: Picard season 3 begins, the show finally decides to give us The Next Generation adventure we always wanted.

The first episode was a decent enough start. It even had a few classic ST vibes.

Many who have already seen the whole season are saying it's something of a return to Berman era Star Trek.

My wife and I liked it. Tonally, it's much more of a sequel to the Kirk-era films...which is fine by me!!!
