    Sounds like Mantis from 94.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

This started making the rounds when people started putting together 70s Avengers reels. Exo Man stood in as a 70s, live-action Iron Man

Mantis was played by Carl Lumbly, the voice of Martian Manhunter on Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. He also gave a great performance as Isiah Bradley in Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

I have owned this for years, the first live action "Iron Man" movie.

A professor, who has been paralyzed in an attack by mob hitmen, builds a suit that enables him to walk and fight crime.

    here is the complete pilot:

So I just watched this movie today for the first time in years...And the more I look at the suit, the more it reminds me a little of some kind of get up they made for Super Joe years ago.
