Knowing a lot of you nostalgia-driven folks enjoy music from our childhoods, I thought some of you might enjoy this streaming radio show, 88 Rewound. One of two rotating hosts chooses a top-40 countdown from the 50s, 60s, 70s or 80s from a station anywhere in Europe, Canada or the US to replay with commentary. It airs on Saturday mornings on M.I.T.'s college radio station, WMBR 88.1 FM, 6-8am, but I usually stream it later by clicking one of the dates here-

Mikey one of the two DJ's grew up in the Philly area. (I think you can get some Philly stations up your way.) Despite that, I haven't heard them choose a top 40 from a Philly station yet. Last week, the DJ pulled an April, 1979 top-40 from a Tampa station. It reminded how popular disco was at that time.WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.Comment
