Digging out and fixing up some older figures

Had one secret identity figure that I hadn't pulled out (made somewhere around 30 years ago), so I dug out Bruce Wayne only to realize I had use his head to update my Legion Mon-El long, long ago. So he needed a new head, and I re-did a Tony Nelson with a Jim Aparo hairstyle. Also had to redo the tie (the original was a piece of Contact adhesive) and collar, but the rest is old...

While digging out my Bruce Wayne, I ran across Cain, host of the House of Mystery, who needed his glasses fixed and a little repaint on the hair, as well as a bit of re-gluing of a few seams. I believe I made him from a Mr. Fantastic, but it was so long ago I'm just going on what I can see of the face. Now that he's back in shape, though, I find myself needing to make his brother, Abel, so he's underway.

Also decided to pull out The Reign of the Supermen, made not long after the story came out. Steel's hammer was, unfortunately made out the modeling plastic I used a lot back in the day, so it long ago crumbled away. I've got a head for his hammer curing and will finish it up soon as I get the chance. Interesting note: the chest symbols are b&w copied and painted red and yellow, because these were made before I actually had a printer.

To me, it looks more like a Klingon than a Mr. Fantastic.

Nice Job. I agree, I believe that the base is a Klingon. Still nice work. I like the reworked Bruce Wayne. The choice of head and hair make the figure look late 70's early 80's. This is how I remember Bruce from the Neal Adams artwork.

Wow I am always surprised when I see Vertigo Comics character used. The beard to Cain reminds me of the Cast-a-Way Redbeard.

Nice job, definitely a Klingon head.
