    The Northman

I started the thread here because it has some fantastical elements in the form of visions.

You want to erase the awful Thor Love and Thunder from you memory?

Watch The Northman. What a boss movie!!!

Yeah, it's definitely a good movie.
Some very memorable performances from the cast. Including the Björk cameo.
    PUNY HUMANS!

I was about to turn it off at that point too, lol. But stick with it…

The director, Robert Eggers, is a bit of a throwback to Luis Buñuel. He adds elements of surrealism. He does the same thing in The Lighthouse, which I loved as well. His first movie was The Witch.

At least fast forward to the last 30 minutes…

Will definitely get around to watching this at some point. Alexander Skarsgård is a real throwback to the actors of yesteryear. I thought his performance in Tarzan was excellent.

Yes, his Tarzan was great. I liked him in True Blood too.

I don’t know if you know this, you might already know, but his little brother is Bill Skarsgård…he played Pennywise aka IT.

His father, Stellan Skarsgård, great longtime character actor too.
