I may as well plug a series of great books I was lucky enough to contribute to, "The Subterranean Blue Grotto Essays on Batman' 66" edited by Jim Beard. There's an essay for every episode of Batman. The Season 3 book is enlightening, with different writers expressing what worked and what didn't, and why it didn't.

^I think you'll like them! Jim encouraged every writer to have a unique hook for each episode essay. It's in no way "just" a review. It was a fun excercise that really made me rethink one of my favorite TV shows.
