After being discovered as an illegitimate son of the "World's Most Dangerous Black Witch", Marcus Edge, 16-year-old Nathan Byrn (Jay Lycurgo) was monitored by The Council of White Witches for several years. However, as the conflict between Black Witch and White Witch escalates, Nathan found an opportunity to escape. As he escaped, he'd soon built alliances with Annalise (Nadia Parkes) and Gabriel (Emilien Vekemans) while discovering previously unknown secrets of himself.

This is the teaser trailer released on Netflix for the new series (8 episodes) of The ******* Son & The Devil Himself that is based on the trilogy of YA books Half Bad/Half Blood/Half Wild series written by Sally Green. (There is not talking in the teaser trailer)

I must have missed something because I did not know about these books until this week even though they came out in 2014. I have ordered the trilogy so that BF and I can read through them before the series starts up. Over on youtube and twitter where I announced the series it was blown up. Netflix again is slipping on their prompting of the queer shows but at least there making them.

isn't that the guy who plays Tim Drake in Titans? I have not heard of these books either, though my kids are long past the YA books

We are down to the last episode and a half and it's rather good. Once you start watching you do not want to stop.

Ok we fisnish watching all 8 of the episodes and WOW. It makes you think about traditions and just who was is the real bad guy.
