    Half-Human!! Toho Studios 1955

An obscure Toho movie meant to be the follow up to Gojira but its depiction of native mountain people has forced Toho to bury it. Movie is still worth a watch. I based his look off of the Americanized movie poster. It had John Carridine shoehorned in it ala Raymond Burr in Godzilla. 10 inches tall fully articulated. Head sculpted by me. hands and feet off a Beast Legends figure.

I think he could fill the role of Yetrigar too.

Trouble starts when a circus tries to capture a monster worshiped by Japanese villagers, only to end up shooting its son by accident. Directed by Godzilla...

    Here's the movie.

I have both versions of this movie, some cast members who are in it were also in Godzilla.

The movie isn’t half bad (no pun intended ) but the Japanese version is much better than the American version.

The American version is like a continuation of the Japanese version, in the beginning of the American version, the killed little Bigfoot is already on the slab in Carridine’s laboratory, and then it becomes a flashback of events.

the Carradined version is hard to watch for me.

I agree It’s a bit of a hard pill to swallow, but its worth a watch or two just for the curiosity.

in the past I’ve checked ebay for a figure or model of the Bigfoot/Yeti from this movie, its rare but out here, but the ones I’ve found are usually sold by seller’s in Japan and there expensive plus of course the high shipping charge to send to the U.S.

I’ve never seen any figures of the yeti.

its worth a watch. Most of the 54 Gojira crew worked it including Honda directing.
