    Louise Fletcher RIP

Damn!!! One of the best actresses ever, Louise Fletcher, has died. She was always so underrated. While she did many, many films, she will always be remembered as Nurse Ratched in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." That is considered one of Jack Nicholson's best films. It is considered a classic (it won the Academy for movie of the year). She so deservedly won the Academy Award for her performance. She was also in "Flowers in the Attic." She was a fantastic actress! In addition, she was a superb through-the-mail signer. Whenever I wrote to her, she was always gracious in sending back an autographed picture. Louise was 88.

Agree with Mikey. It reminded me of this story I read about her years ago.

While 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' would gain Louise Fletcher great fame, she wanted immediate friendship, so she stripped in front of her co-stars.
