Mike's Amazing World is an invaluable resource to comic historians and podcasters!
Looks like the most significant comic (for me) that came out the month of my birth is Captain America #183, the end of the Nomad saga, where Steve Rogers returns as Captain America at the end!
Mike's Amazing World of Comics. A searchable resource indexing comics from multiple publishers, including DC, Marvel, Archie, Charlton, Dell, Gold Key and Harvey. Contains comic information and cover images for thousands of issues.

For me, the stand outs are:
TALES OF SUSPENSE #57 - The debut of Hawkeye the Marksman!
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL #1 - The Sinister Six!
JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #29 - Crisis on Earth-3Comment

I'm reminded of what my dad would say on his birthday when asked how's it feel to be another year older: "it's better than the alternative".Comment
