What's your recipe for Italian Meatballs ?

Most pizza parlours around these parts make them PERFECT... But their recipe is a close guarded secret.

Also, most meatballs I love (even though calling themselves Italian) is actually from the East side of the Adriatic Sea.

Not too meaty, but not too bready.

Question: how d' heck do yous make these so good ?

Note, my local guy is from Bosnia/Herzegovina

    BEST meatballs EVER !!!

Meatballs. This recipe is not for Italian style, but is still incredibly delicious. Try it out:

You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.

Not to brag, but that's almost exactly how I make my standard ones.

And cream of mushroom for Stroganoff-style sauce? Yes please, works every time. Actually, Campbell's has a new Cream of ****ake Mushroom which I love.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

First thing, I HATE any-kinda mushrooms with a passion

Can cream of chicken be substituted ?

BTW, been fiddling around with some recipes

Went to the South (North Carolina) and found a good mixture of some Southern greens makes a nice mix to add --- Collard, Mustard and Spinach etc... and of course onion and garlic

Also, a little fat-back for flavor

Finally gotta have some pork --- friends say shredded up Polska Kielbasa in the mix is the ultimate pay-off

          What do yous tink ?

Probably, but what about cream of celery or cream of onion with beef meatballs? I LOVE mushrooms!

Nah, would rather eat a rotting 2-day old road-kill than any mushroom
