MeTV was running a "Remembering Tony Dow" commerical last night, promoting a Beaver marathon in his honor.

Makes me wonder if they have those clips ready and waiting. Kinda morbid, actually..

Barbara Billingsley lived to be 94 years old, she outlived the other cast members by a good margin, Jerry Mathers is 74 years old, I think he’s the only cast member left including the friends and neighbors.

I did some poking around online a few nights ago, and Jerry Mathers isn't the only remaining cast member: Rusty Stevens (Larry Mondello), Richard Correll (Richard Rickover), Jeri Weil (Judy Hensler), and Steven Talbot (Gilbert Bates) are all alive. Two of the guys who played Wally's friends are alive too: 'Tiger' Farfara (Wally's friend Tooey) and Buddy Hart (Wally's friend Chester Anderson)...

Also, Veronica Cartwright who played Violet Rutherford twice, and another character name Peggy MacIntosh once on 'LITB' is still alive. Veronica will also be known as Jemima Boone on 'Daniel Boone' and for her role in the movie 'Alien' and many other guest spots on TV and film...
