    Irwin Toys Batcycle

Aside from the Silver Streak, Captain Action didn't have any other vehicles. None of his superhero disguises had any vehicles made by Ideal either, but Irwin Toys did produce this 1/6 scale Batcycle. It's basically a different colored version of the the one they made for GiJoe.

I lucked into finding one of these a few years ago, and it's a cool addition to Batman I think. The carded version pictured below is an image I found online for it and isn't mine.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I never knew this existed until a few years ago when I saw an image of the carded cycle. I'm surprised this isn't part of the Captain Action histories I've read in various places (including Michael Eury's excellent book).

Irwin also made early vehicles for Barbie and Ken. My wife has the original Austin/Healy and the blue dragster.

    Glad to share it!

This motorcycle had a Barbie/Ken colored version as well if I remember correctly and Irwin did make a lot of pretty neat blow mold type stuff.

I know when Michael's book was being put together I didn't own this one myself, and honestly wasn't real familiar with it even existing, but it is cool nonetheless.
