Holy cow, you've jogged loose a memory again! I had some of those figures (I think set "C") AND that vehicle. It was HUGE and thick and and brawny! I had forgotten all about this line!

I think these were trying to capitalize on the brief Karate/Kung-Fu action figure craze of Chuck Noriss' Karate Commandos by Kenner and Karate Kid by Remco.
