    Cereal Premium Monster Toys

Was there anything better than Cereal Premium toys of Monsters back in the 70s?
I saw this picture in one of those click bait listicle threads. I could feel a memory synapse firing. Zooming in, I knew I used to have it. Some internet sleuthing, aka Google searching, led me to these. Anyone remember these?

    I recall these very well--Sugar Bear cereal--and I want a Phantom.

There were also mini-poster monster premiums.

I always remember thinking it was weird that the Wolfman had a hole for a mouth and Phantom had a sculpted open mouth.

The Cereal Monster Premium Toys are on my wish list. One of these days I’ll get them and display them with my Aurora Monster Models.

I think that's a direct Aurora riff and accommodated the fangs.

As a Phantom fan, I'll always be grateful that Dracula's restricted licensing allowed for lots of Phantom stuff back then.

This to my knowledge never happened in Canada.

Apparently there is a thin layer of platinum in these.

259 bucks for a set missing the Wolfman?
