The Return of the Green Hornet

Ok it's a reboot not a sequel. Time for everyone to get their opinion in a twist and decide what it should be. I kind of like the last Batman as a detective movie and wouldn't mind seeing something like that. Maybe Britt Reid as a publisher doing an investigation into a human trafficking case and Kato as a police detective from Hong Kong...wait was that Rush Hour?

    I’d like a series.

If the keep it away from comedians, it should go well. I really like the Now Comics Green Hornet series and would love to see it follow them.

Needs to have connection to Dan Reid and his Uncle and Indian friend...

If they treat the source material serious, I will absolutely give it a go. I never considered Seth Rogen's interpretation anything less than an insult to the brand. He was just using that character as a cheap vehicle to insult the genre while making a comedy. We need a competent interpretation with some skilled people at the helm.

Imagine an opening with Lone Ranger and Tonto's silver mine being bricked up by the famous duo...then opened back up by Britt in 2015.

After finding out the Lone Ranger was based on Bass Reeves it makes it hard to read/watch any of the 'white' Lone Ranger.
