Horrific idea. First, it’s such a pretentious endeavor to begin with. Musicals are automatic box office bombs in modern days. Everyone I know hates them. Only Broadway/Theater aficionados will go see it, certainly not comic book fans.
What a disastrous idea.sigpicComment

I hated the movie, it made no sense to me. I waited to watch it when it came on HBO max, watched it once and have no plans to watch it again. I do not want to feel sorry for Joker or the fact that Batman when he is older if fighting a villain 20 years older than him.
Because they want to cast Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn (another character I could care less about) will bring in the Queer crowd but again I will wait till it is on HBO Max.Visit my wiki site:

(And for the record, I enjoy a good musical. "tick, tick...BOOM!" was a fantastic movie by any measure.)Comment

Tick, Tick…BOOM!, Little Shop of Horrors, Sweeney Todd, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Westside Story, Mama Mia!, Jesus Christ Superstar…
…I HATE THEM ALL!
P.S. Ok, I do like Wizard of Oz, Mary Poppins, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang…

Musicals do not have to be 100% singing. Extended dialogue is allowed. Some musicals is pure singing…and on others, singing is implemented in between situational dialogue.
Wizard of Oz, Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Willy Wonka are all musical fantasy films.Last edited by Hector; Jun 15, '22, 8:45 PM.sigpicComment
