If there were ever a Mount Rushmore for comic artists, this gentleman would absolutely be on it! Batman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, the X-Men, the Avengers -- this guy did it all! His drawings were so impactful -- so recognizable in the Batman comics. This guy truly was a comic genius. I fell in love with comics at a very early age. He was one of the reasons! Fortunately, his legacy, and comics, will live on forever! Neal was 80............

After the 50’s Sci-Fi Batman and the Batman 66’ craze, he was the one who successfully course-corrected Batman.

I appreciate what he did for Siegel and Shuster back in the day too.
