The Phantom. Head suggestions?

Any suggestion on a head for a potential custom Phantom?

I have the majority of the outfit planned out, but the head is confounding me...

Facial features, I'm thinking Spock, but you'd have to re-scultp the head. A good base already bald head is the Mattel Retro Lex Luthor.

I thought about using the CTVT Lex head. Or maybe Famous covers Vision head. Just dunno how that would scale with the CTVT S type body.

I ended up buying the Lex head from CTVT, So I'm going to have to do some painting.

I wonder though, if liquid latex nail polish could work on head like that.

Yeah, the Superboy series Lex noggin is way too big; a shame, as the sculpt is quite good. The Superfriends version is proper scale, though a bit thin back to front, but the expression doesn't really work for the Ghost Who Walks.

Only good, scaled bald heads I've found are the Mattel Lex, Daddy Warbucks, and the Mattel Real men Boxer, but the latter two need some work to work on a Mego.

I bought a Vision custom head off ebay. Not the weirdly shaped Toybiz Famous Covers version. Looks like an altered cast of the seller's Punisher head.

Also thinking about experimenting with matching fabrics to make the cowl. I've had some luck previously putting soft goods on a custom figure by using a finger from a glove.

This project is taking me deeper and deeper...

I'm using the CTVT type S deluxe body, with the purple CTVT body suit as the base for the costume.

Been thinking about maybe using the thumb from a stretchy glove made from the same material as the suit.

CTVT has a masked head, like a Captain America, which could easily be modified to make a Phantom head.
