Kamen Rider KO from Hong Kong

I was wondering if anyone has anymore info on this figure? Brian found and bought one that originally came out of Spain(Black Ant). I thought for sure we knew where this precious gem had come from. Then a fan from Hong Kong had a pic of the same figure purchased by him from a Hong Kong toy store with his other Captain Action figures but has original type gloves.(Wore CA Flash Gordon boots, but also had Flash Gordon so could be his) Body mold is same a little pinker in tone with shiny unpainted rivets. The head appears not to be a mask though. What does the box look like??? Any other figures in this line made??? What do you guys think?
