book and record sets sending me down a hobbit hole for the evening.

I still have that Hobbit record and I do remember those Chew Chew Warrior figures. I am pretty sure it fell apart in a matter of days.

Now I do not remember most of those board games based on TV Series, but wish they would make a comeback now.

The Breaking Bad boardgame could rock. Acrylic blue glass beads as counters. Pizza lithograph spinner. Play as Heisenberg or FBI or the Cartel...have an rv shaped piece that has to move around to dodge the fbi and the cartel but can only make blue ice when stationary...u have to use blue ice to get rid of cancer tokens or u die...the game mechanics would work

I still have that Hobbit Book & Record as well as the one for Return of the King. Those sets were amazing for me back then, and I know the Hobbit one was one I played and read over and over.

Love that Fantasy Island boardgame too.

Bummed that I missed that auction for the record.
But now I have a few auctions on watch. That is one of the sets that I have been meaning to pick up for years, but have never gotten around to it.
