Van-Zee Nightwing

Van-Zee, aka Nightwing, hero of the bottle city, Kandor. Actually a 30+ year old figure that needed a new head, symbol, belt and a couple tweaks to the gloves and boots (and it was a miracle I still had something I could cannibalize made out of the same navy-blue material for the boot cuffs, because none of the material I have now matches). Had to re-sculpt the right side of the hair on a Henry Cavill Superman head (the whole head droops on the right side, and it really messes with the way the hair looks from the front) and add a little dip in the front. The mask let me even up the eyes a bit, as well. Chest symbol, like most of the ones I’ve done lately, was made in Photoshop.

Oh damn! Scott I agree that head looks way better. And I can also see the Black Terror as well an Earth 2 Robin in what you did.
May have to pick one up after all. Inspiring!

I feel the same. THeir adventures were a cool mix of super-heroics and science fiction, like the Legion.
