They are great....why can't somone tell Mego to send them some Geordis

I understand your dilemma. There is zero new Mego in any of the 3 Targets near me. The only thing nearby with some current Mego is Walmart. All they have are the horror Creeper.
I only found Geordi because my wife wanted to go on a road trip to Sacramento. The Targets there do have Mego. It sucks not to have the option locally. I do hope ZLC does get this wave for those who don't have access nearby.

Regardless of using a vintage sculpt, the new process incurs changes including softening of features, warping, and small changes in scale which all contribute to making the new casts look different. In this case, all I'm saying is that it's a benefit and no one is contradicting Doc. Now, if only someone can warp shift voodoo these little rifles!

I ordered 3 of these off Amazon Canada & long story short they actually came from Zolo's. Not that it really matters but inkeeping with the theme of this thread all of them had black bandoliers.

In reply to you I agree that while the head is based on the original its different enough (almost looks like a cross with an Urko head IMO) that it is beneficial that its not exactly the same. I'm mean if you're building an army of soldiers apes (old & new) you don't necessarily want them all looking identical-they ain't stormtroopers!
