Mainly the arms and legs. I know they pick up and absorb the dye from the clothing very easily, and they are a softer plastic than the originals. Thinking of dying white arms and legs pink for a Silver Age Kanjar Ro.

It should work very well. Don't forget to use dye for synthetics.

Would it be permanent? Could the color fade or migrate back out and stain clothing?

They seem to be good at absorbing the black fabric dye that Mego uses.

It would be permanent. I don't think it would fade. If you are worried about it staining clothing, you could seal it with a clear coat. Dyeing the body parts isn't like dyeing fabric, and it shouldn't transfer to cloth from the limbs. If you wash fabric, the color comes out, but if you wash the limbs it will stay the same color and not stain the water.
