Dragons: The Nine Realms takes place 1,300 years after the events of the original How To Train Your Dragon story, at a time when dragons exist only in myth. A group of kids arrives alongside their parents at a new research facility, set up to study a mysterious fissure that has opened as a deep gash in the Earth's surface. But the curious youths eventually discover that what lies at the bottom of the canyon is a secret worth protecting.
I have watched all of How to Train Your Dragon thanks to my nephew so yes I will be watching this series also. hopefully we will be seeing more Dragons back on the toy shelves again, nephew loves to play with them in the pool.
