    Gosh-darn I loved that bike

Probably looked like one of the FATTEST TWINS while riding

I went through three. Started with a Yamaha 50cc, and made it to a Yahama Enduro 125. All great bikes. Perfect for life around the farm in western NY. Some fantastic times were spent on those bikes.

Never had one, but if I ever move to a small town, I'll get me a vintage Harley or Indian. No way I would dare ride a bike in L.A. traffic.

I had a Honda MR50 for a few years in the late 70s/early 80s. Loved that bike. Rode it hard!

My neighbor had a Sears minibike and I would ride that anytime I had a chance as it was a ton of fun. My parents never wanted to get me one unfortunately.

In my teen years, before getting my driver's license we were given a Honda Express moped, orange, looks just like this one below, 49cc. I rode it to little league baseball practices and to pick up girls as nothing screams I'm cool as an orange Honda moped

My older bro had a snowmobile

Used to bring it over on snowy weekends

Was CRAZY fun but we always wound up breaking a ski

                  Them things were like toothpicks

In today's world of carbon-fiber-etc I guess that's not an issue

Wait, just thought, global warming and stuff ……… snowmobiles might go the way of the wooly mammoth

My first bike was a Hodaka 125. I wish I still had that sucker. I moved up to Kawaskai KLR 250 and 650's and then on up to Harley's. Now I rock a very cool electric bike which is more of an electric mini-bike as it has a top speed of 58mph in sport mode.

Not really a lot of dirt biking in West Philly back in the 70s & 80s. Now, I see groups of kids riding street-illegal bikes in groups of 20+ through the streets of the cities.

In 1987, I scraped together $1,000, more money than I had ever seen in one place, and bought a used 1985 Honda Elite motorscooter. Grace Jones and Lou Reed were pitching them at the time, but my love of scooters came from The Who. I loved that thing. I think I might have had the only scooter in Philly!

It was stolen and totaled 8 months later.

I had my first blue Honda motorcycle new in 1970. My older brother rode it in the field and he gave it to me when I was older enough to ride it in 1975. I miss mine....

Back in 1987 my dad bought me a 1985 Yamaha MA-50 for my birthday. And to this day it is the one and only motorbike I have ever had.

The bike is still somewhere in his garage. Perhaps I will go into restoring it someday...
