    Art LaFleur -- RIP

This guy was one of the BEST character actors ever! He is one of those guys who you have seen 10,000 times, but never quite new his name (well, I did). From "The Sandlot" to "Field of Dreams" -- to a host of other films, and many, many TV appearances, this guy was just simply great! Art was 78.

One of the all time greats. His work in the Trancers movies really stands out, but he was able to steal the show in any part.

He was the Tooth Fairy in the Tim Allen Santa Clause films, so I got to see him every year when my kids rewatched those films. Always a friendly face. RIP.
