I'll always think of him as Al from Quantum Leap, although I know he did so much more. For a DCAU guy like me, he was the adult Tim Drake in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.

Enjoyed his work in so many movies and TV shows over the decades. A consistently entertaining actor.
Two of his most memorable performances for me were Dune and The Dunwich Horror.
