What would you put on a tag?

My goal is to have museum style tags in front of every mego/FTC, etc., in my collection. Since this will be an expensive process, I want to get it correct the first time. I'll show you what my current vision for a museum tag is. I welcome everyone's input, additions, subtractions, opinions, and so forth.
