History of the World Part II

I'm kind of glad that Mel Brooks is finally able to do this but I'm not sure it'll hold up as well as Part I. It'll be an eight part series on Hulu.

Always wanted a Jews in Space model starship

Just thought of something, the Jews in Space song is the same tune as Men in Tights

Mel Brooks -- truly a living legend

Would love to someday shake his hand

Brooks has said it's his mission in life to ridicule Hitler at every opportunity. No time like the present to make fun of Nazis with "Hitler on Ice".

Just starting. They've only announced who the writers will be.

Mel is 95 years old. I wonder how much input he will provide or is it just more of his blessing?

that's why i was asking. i would imagine they are getting his input as much as possible but the reality is that he likely won't live to see it finished

I'm looking at it like this...

Mel spent his whole life making us laugh... we'll always have that

If some no-name Hulu producer pays Mel millions just to put his name on a production that's a piece of sh_t i'd say, Mel go for it … Everybody is going to remember you for your REAL stuff anyaway

Mel, take the money and run
