There might even a hidden story or two that hasn't been discovered yet.

Should break it up to get more money. So much good stuff in there and in mint condition. Stuff waiting to be transferred digitally and archived.

Oh man that lot has some of the great ones:

Weird Star Wars Empire Strikes Back

Themes from movies kids: Orca, The Deep, Rocky

          Disco Duck: In The Navy

          Monster Mash

          Irwin Strikes Back

          Kojack

          Mr T cartoon

Not to mention all the DC Comics, Marvel Comics & Star Trek albums...

If these get released onto ebay it will flood the record collectors and they will go way down. I was just looking and the average for some of those are $15, this could make the them drop to $5. That is going to hurt bad.

I'm not sure which LPS are sought after, i know the Marvel book and records can reach $40 sealed. Those aren't in this find.

I wouldn't mind owning the Superhero records so I'll be watching what happens.

Also is that monster record the Neal Adams story? That's a good listen.

Seems to me a 150,000 copies suddenly available might drive some prices down (given the size of the buyer base), but none the less, it's a mind-blowing stash in the 21st C.

I'd love to be part of a task force of collectors who all go in on this together.

I recently started picking up a few of the book/record sets. It's something that as a kid I missed out on for some reason. I haven't bought any of the really expensive ones yet.
It would be amazing if these began to trickle down on eBay. I don't know all the details, I followed the link but a lot has been deleted. I have a feeling if they do start showing up, however, the seller will want amounts comparable to what some go for online. With few exceptions most people I've purchased from in the past who clearly have a large remainder lot they are selling want a return on their investment. But it gives me hope that one day, somehow or other, I will be able to afford some of the rare ones.

I shouldn't care but I do. These were sold to someone but I'm not seeing any power records lots. Even if $1.50 a pop is a great price someone is stuck with a thousand three little pigs and little bo peep records.

I’d be totally happy to help him offload several of those.
