Oh man that lot has some of the great ones:
Weird Star Wars Empire Strikes Back
Themes from movies kids: Orca, The Deep, Rocky
Disco Duck: In The Navy
Monster Mash
Irwin Strikes Back
Kojack
Mr T cartoon
Not to mention all the DC Comics, Marvel Comics & Star Trek albums...
If these get released onto ebay it will flood the record collectors and they will go way down. I was just looking and the average for some of those are $15, this could make the them drop to $5. That is going to hurt bad.Last edited by monitor_ep; Sep 22, '21, 8:50 PM.Visit my wiki site:

I wouldn't mind owning the Superhero records so I'll be watching what happens.
Also is that monster record the Neal Adams story? That's a good listen.Comment

Seems to me a 150,000 copies suddenly available might drive some prices down (given the size of the buyer base), but none the less, it's a mind-blowing stash in the 21st C.Comment

I'd love to be part of a task force of collectors who all go in on this together.Check out my website: Megozine Covers - HomeComment

I recently started picking up a few of the book/record sets. It's something that as a kid I missed out on for some reason. I haven't bought any of the really expensive ones yet.
It would be amazing if these began to trickle down on eBay. I don't know all the details, I followed the link but a lot has been deleted. I have a feeling if they do start showing up, however, the seller will want amounts comparable to what some go for online. With few exceptions most people I've purchased from in the past who clearly have a large remainder lot they are selling want a return on their investment. But it gives me hope that one day, somehow or other, I will be able to afford some of the rare ones.Comment
