Mego could repurpose the Ra’s suit and cape (in black and minus the bling) and have the makings of a Shadow figure. Just need the head and scarf.

I broke down and got the GA even though the shipping cost makes single-figure orders a bad value proposition.

Okay, they got me with Green Arrow. Never loved the hooded look for him, but...it's a Mego Green Arrow. Gotta have it.

Now, if they can figure out a way to give us a version of the RC Batman using the classic Mego head sculpt, I'd be a very happy middle aged man.
