Marvel's Hawkeye on Disney + trailer

Trailer for the new Disney + show dropped, and I think it looks great...

channels the Fraction/Aja series from a number of years (7-8) back that I really enjoyed and there were bits in the trailer I absolutely adored. Can't wait for the series to debut.

Wife and I caught the first two episodes of this this afternoon, and we both enjoyed it immensely. Very evocative of the Matt Fraction Hawkeye series, but filtered through the lens of the MCU. I noticed Fraction was credited as an executive producer on this. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Yeah, my whole family really enjoyed it. Lots of fun! Some keyboard warriors took to the net saying "boycott this show because Matt Fraction isn't getting anything out of it"...but as you said, he's listed as a producer.

I hope David Aja is getting something out of it though, as the whole opening sequences is pretty much lifted from the graphic design work he did on the covers of that run.

Usually I end up watching these Marvel shows alone, but my wife and daughter actually watched this one with me and liked it. They like Haley Steinfield.

I am enjoying it because it's just fun... what a superhero show should be.

i said the same thing after my wife, daughter and I watched last night. they injected a spirit of fun into this one. I like Falcon and Winter soldier but it was missing that fun element. So was WandaVision. Loki was fun, but in a darker way
