This is really cool. I didn't know of Sun Man's existence until I got the big Tomart's Guide to Action Figures in the early 90s. Never saw them on the shelf. The only black MOTU-type figure I owned was Machiste from Remco's Warlord line, based on the DC character. I grew out of MOTU before Clamp Champ arrived.

I think it's great that they're doing Sun Man! But I do agree that I hope they don't do too much of this kind of thing and it doesn't derail the line from including more classic Princess of Power and MOTU figures sooner than later. But I'm not too worried about it, they've been doing a pretty good job overall so far!
