I enjoyed Picard…and season 2 looks even better.

I’m also looking forward to Strange New Worlds.

Not too interested in Prodigy though, but I might take a quick look at it.

I hope Discovery is discarded and thrown to the garbage bin. God, I can’t stand Discovery. I did watch seasons 1 and 2 (really don’t know how I managed that, lol)…but I finally quit watching it altogether during season 3, after two or three episodes. I had enough of female space Jesus called Michael.

looking forward to Picard 2, and to Strange New Worlds. I also like Discovery. it's different but the show is still enjoyable. I'm not sure on the Prodigy thing but i will give it at least one episode. it's aimed at younger kids so probably won't be a fit for most of us

Fans said this with Phase II, the movies, Next Gen and each spin-off, the reboot, CBS and on and on.

Just find the flavor of Trek you like and savor it. I do that with Mego, too.

Trek, as opposed to Star Wars, has always had a topical element. Kurtzman makes some valid points about the franchise and finding that balance between content and entertainment--as with the original show--will be the key.

Let me clarify...STAR TREK is dead for as long as Kurtzman is involved.

Could it make a come back someday? ABSOLUTELY!! But it will take a creative team that actually "has a LOVE for Star Trek." Not someone who simply sees it as a PLATFORM(Kurtzman's own words)...to push a political agenda.

                      I didn't need a clarification, but thanks I guess.

I just found it disrespectful that DEEP SPACE NINE had no mention or input other than the two mego releases and Nana Visitor's "Women of Star Trek" book, there has been nothing. ZIP!

and I agree for the most part, I saw a handful of episodes of Discovery, just couldn't get it, but out of something bad comes some good...

i guess I am in the minority here on this subject then, because i like Discovery. it's not a great show by any stretch, but i enjoy it. i wasn't overly fond of Enterprise either but I watched it. they all have good moments and I enjoy them for what they are, not for what i wish they were
