Personally speaking, I love NFT technology and it has a place in certain elements for human society with regards to transactions and record keeping. However, to make intangible product and sell it based on crowd approved value certainly makes no sense with the part of me being "old fashion" but the idea of having art live indefinitely, as long as there is energy to power the "asset", certainly seems like a brilliant idea.
With regards to the tech being utilized as currency, well not to sure but it certainly can be manipulated to people's advantage. Case in point: https://gizmodo.com/insider-nft-trad...now-1847682297
