I haven’t been keeping score. Do these have the bandless bodies?
      Fresh, not from concentrate.

I echo every sentiment you had on this being the Robin I've always wanted. The "Teen Wonder" version of Dick Grayson as Robin is my absolute favorite. It doesn't hurt that the parted hair also looks more like Burt Ward than the double cow-licks.

The fact that Mego printed the scales on his scale-mail shorts, and laces on his tunic are just wonderful touches that really put this figure over. It does look like an 8" Super Powers figure, and no offense to Mego, design-wise, for me, those are the apex of DC action figures. I really hope Mego will give us a blue/gray Batman to go with him!

Great video and thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Another great chapter in the book of magical Mego moments. This is exactly the Robin I dreamt of as a kid. The Aurora box cover around '74 only reinforced that desire. This new figure feels like that image jumping right off the box. So much awesomeness!

Oh wow yeah, my dad sold those and that comic booklet definitely was where my Robin adoration stems from.

I saw on the Ambassadors FB group that people were complaining about the scales being the wrong direction.

It feels like Mego just can’t win with some people. They have been working so hard to give us amazing products I think! I can’t wait to see what other DC characters we get in the future. Really hoping for a modern Harley Quinn and some redone Teen Titans

^I noticed the scales, but who cares. I would never say anything about that, because I'm sure I can find multiple images where the scales were drawn in that orientation.

I feel like the scales will be a rolling change since its likely a miscommunication with the factory. Assuming changing it is a concern, of course.

No one can visit an overseas factory during a pandemic. It’s the reason for the majority of recent complaints.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

I can't believe the number of comments about the scales thing, it's a terrific figure, some people are never happy with anything. I have to admit after spending a day putting together this video, it almost felt like some people were just looking for a reason to moan.

Nope, that will take a little time.

I didn't even notice the scales until now reading this

People need to stop paying so much attention to Robin's underpants

This is a gorgeous figure of a beloved character, and a version many of us have waited for over decades and decades of time. I'm amazed they even printed the scales on his trunks. Who cares if they are "upside down"?
