Cartoon Lost and Found was a 1989 TV Pilot featuring Adam West and clips of shows like "The Mighty Hercules" and "Speed Racer". It was feared lost itself until this transfer appeared on YouTube.

Great find! I love youtube. You can find a lot of obscure stuff there.
As for rerun channels, it seems the only ones showing older cartoons are the streaming sites, like Tubi Kids.
