New and improved Starsky and Hutch

Not much here as far as customs go, but rather a redress of my vintage Starsky and Hutch figures.

Both are fully original figures except for Hutch’s trigger hand which comes from a Type S body.

Hutch is wearing Starsky’s original shirt with a Mattel Vinnie Barbarino jacket. Starsky is wearing a denim shirt from CTVT while the sweater, which has been modified by me, also came from CTVT. That is also where I purchased the handguns for them.

Same here, much more tv accurate and I think Starsky wore that sweater in the pilot episode.

That Starsky sweater is so iconic, Ben Still wore it in the movie version. I know some folks hate that, but nevertheless, the sweater was there! Great job!

Thanks, everyone! I am always appreciative of the positive feedback you have for my various customs, as well as the minor tweaks I do existing figures much like these ones. Customizing and collecting Mego and Mego-like figures is such a fantastic hobby. I would love to become a Mego Ambassador, but I can never find any Mego figures at retail in my neck of the woods to be able to share with you.
